Q1: Is it absolutely necessary to use vacuum sealer bags?May i use oven bags instead ?Thanks.
A: While I’m not 100% sure I would Sy yes as long as it’s waterproof. The vacuum just helps keep the juices in the food your cooking.

Q2: Is this new model water proof? I thought it was a major flaw that the last model's electronic display, etc, wasn't water proof.
A:No, it is water resistant—which is probably fine. I believe the "Wancle" is the only sous vide sick that is actually waterproof (i.e., submersible) per IPX7 standards.

Q3: What is the increments between temperature settings 0.1 degrees?
A: Yes, I verified this model lets you set in 0.1 degrees increments.

Q4: What is the largest container can you use with this?
A: There really is no limit, the larger the container, the longer the water takes to heat up

Q5: Are the bags reusable?
A: Yes, the bags are reusable.

Q6:Are the vacuum sealer bags reusable? If yes, Up to how many times?
A:I only use them once but you can wash them. I would use them more than a couple of times.

Q7: Is this device mostly for meat? Any success with veggies or meals (pasta dishes & casseroles) bulk prepped and portioned/frozen in Food Saver bags?
A: Yes, sous vide is mostly for meat. It does not reach the rolling boil needed to cook pasta, nor the high temps of an oven (for casseroles). I suppose you could cook veggies with it, but it would take a long time and I don't think the results would be satisfactory.

Q8: I cannot see very good how bright are the numbers on the nano face
A:The numbers are bright white on a black background, so this will give you the best possible contrast. Also, the numbers are very large, I can read the numbers easily without my glasses. You should have no trouble with this device.

Q9: I want to buy this item with a 220 V plug, do you have it?
A:Yes, M820 with 220 V plug.

Great product, feels sturdy and well-built. I must admit I was expecting something a bit less impressive. I just need to adapt better, as it's all new to me, and I'm still getting used to it. I'm using it for my photography studio, and apparently it's working very well!

The temperature difference is 2 and a half degrees, continuous. I set it to 57 degrees for medium.

The plug fits well (no wobbling) / The usage is intuitive and easy to understand (when adjusting, press and hold the -/+ button to quickly reduce or increase the temperature; for timer settings, it adjusts in units of 30 minutes or 1 hour) / The water quickly boiled to the temperature set by the sous-vide machine, which was great, but I saved on electricity by using hot water and starting at the 30-degree mark / I sous-vide a pork shoulder and it was juicy and delicious / It fits well with the 11L container, and the one with a lid is good for maintaining the temperature / It's cost-effective, and I hope it lasts a long time.

If the only downside is that the text in the manual is too small and only in Chinese and English, then the product is excellent.
I used to grind it in the blender every day and throw away the residue, but this time there's nothing to throw away at all. It's really as smooth as baby food... I even added 5 peanuts and it became even more savory and delicious. One container wasn't enough, so I made it twice in a row and it was so filling haha.
